The year is 7560 AC, and Possibility is the most diverse, accepting, and wonderful place in Pyrrhia, and maybe the whole world. There is no queen, it is run by a group of dragons that are elected every 4 years to run the city. Locust and his friends are attending Possibility’s dragonet school, having the time of their lives. But a certain dragon doesn’t like the way things are run in Possibility and wants things to change…

     On the other side of the world, the Pantalan Rainwings are experiencing some tensions within the tribe. Should they all leave, or stay in Pantala? It’s hard to say, since the Leafwings haven’t needed help in over 1000 years, though the Rainwing tribe now has special traditions, and has adapted well to their new home. Piranha is trying to convince everyone to go back to Pyrrhia, and when a mysterious Deepwing washes up on shore, the tribe may have no choice.
