Possibility is a city located between the Sand Kingdom and the Sky Kingdom. It is a neutral plain, so any dragon can live there. It's like a normal city, with a school, housing, library, healers den, etc.

     Every 4 years the city elects a leader to run the town and make improvements/changes. There is also a city council that is also elected. You must be 10 years or older to become leader.

​

     There is a large field located near the end of the territory for farming vegetables and fruit, as well as raising livestock for meat. Possibility doesn't have a palace, but rather the Leader's Hall.
